The first "2020" session of the Agile Workshop Tour (AWT), Arexo's initiative aimed at sharing Agile know-how, will be dedicated to the varied topic of Visual Management.

During this workshop, you will discover that Visual Management is everywhere around us.

We will analyse actual examples of visual management techniques and identify the objectives pursued by those using them. We will then dive deeper into some of those tools and see how they fit in different types of visual management.

Afterwards, we will discuss ways to highlight your own information and how to handle the constraints specific to your environment and the relevance of permanent visualisation of a given piece of information.

Finally we will use simple techniques that will enable you to actually set up visual management in your context.

This workshop will be held on the 13th March 2020 from 1.00 to 5.00 PM.
