Meet our people

Working at AREXO is special. This is a place where who you are matters just as much as what you do. In an effort to let you get to know us better, we’ve profiled some of our co-workers:

Alexis Cossement

After 8 years in the area of Geographic Information System (GIS), I joined Arexo in 2008 during the first steps of the company. I was able to grow with Arexo and develop at leisure my skills in application development, architecture and team leadership as a Scrum Master. Arexo aims to involve its employees in its management and development and allows everyone to grow in this society where the human predominates.

Working for Arexo is not only being an employee but it’s also participating in the development and in the future of the company.

Kevin Schorkops

After an internship at Arexo beginning of 2016, I was offered the opportunity to join the team at the end of my studies in Computer Science at HEPL in Liège.

Learning to be a consultant at the age of 24 is a challenge that I enjoy daily, while continuing to expand my knowledge, surrounded by an experienced, united and versatile team.

At Arexo, flexibility is a given, and one can be assured to be constantly heard. It shows a very human aspect of the company, and it is pleasant to develop oneself there.

The proximity and attention received from other employees make Arexo a unique and strong consulting firm. Collaboration, sharing of values, but also having fun, are all part of everyday life, making it pleasant and enjoyable!

Thibault Duez

After having the opportunity to do my internship at Arexo as developer beginning of 2016, I had the possibility to join this fabulous team in which mutual aid is the key. Therefore I was able to evolve in my favorite fields through many different projects. Arexo also allowed me to discover the Agile world and all its advantages in every day’s work.

To be an Arexo employee is also to be an actor of the evolution of the company, its mindset and its values. As I often say, pleasure in the job gives perfection in the work!

Olivier Antoine

I joined Arexo in 2012 to find a company on a human scale, with a different mentality and management where the human being is at the center of decisions, where soft skills are more important than hard skills.

Since the beginning, I have been able to evolve my skills in software development but also as a Scrum Master, discovering Agile methodologies, DevOps, Management 3.0, ... so many things that Arexo offers and in which I feel good and want to evolve even more.

Working in a tight group where collaboration, mutual aid and fun are the foundations that make Arexo what it is. A company where soft skills prevail over hard skills.

Olivier Dellicour

I started at Arexo in 2011 as a Java developer. Thanks to the training and coaching I received in the field of agility and management, I quickly moved to a role of Scrum master, and later on, Release manager.

During each of these stages, I was able to count on the support of Arexo to help me grow in a company where the human being takes precedence.

Arexo is also a place where my opinion, as an employee, counts. Workshops are held regularly with colleagues, allowing us to participate actively in the organization of the company, always in a friendly atmosphere where the personality of each other is put forward.

Etienne Darquennes

Leadership passionates me since it can be summarized as the work of a servant leader. During all these years, I gathered lot of experience, tips and tricks in this field. Now, I want to share it and, thanks to the deep knowledge of the Arexians, continue to increase my own experience.

Arexo is more than a consulting company. It is a way of life, a mindset taking into account professional and personal criteria, in order to make both of them even better. I’ve never found such a company fitting those two pillars so well before joining Arexo.

Florent Rey-Campagnolle

For 15 years, I worked in "top-down" professional environments. In the day-to-day activities, everything was fine. But once the incidents and the issues started to pop-up, those environments added more obstacles than solution.

As soon as I started to work with Arexo, I understood the group was able to bring those much needed solutions. I didn't need anymore to negociate with the good people to tackle our obstacles. Everything can be directly discussed; the hierarchy is flat and simple; we have frequent coworking sessions and most of the decisions are taken with everyone involved.

At first, I was a bit skeptical when I heard about this way of working, but I had the opportunity to attend one of this coworking session and see by myself the communication between all the actors of the company. I saw that there was a good framework in place to allow easy and efficient communications. The mood in those meetings is great and everyone knows each other well.

We all have various IT backgrounds, those background allow us to bring different flavours to Arexo's evolution, but we still keep a common direction.

What is for me the most important value of Arexo : Humanity. This value has not been choosen by the founders of the company just to be fashionable. This value is constantly in the heart of the company's life. You can see it in the recruitement process, but also in the bonds between the workers and in the contacts with our clients.

Simone Mosena

I joined the Arexo tribe in 2015. I truly believe in Agile values, in people, in change, in trust, courage, perseverance, transparency and happiness. And I found these values at Arexo, both within the company and amongst the team members.

My professional objective is to continuously improve, to learn from experience and to achieve better results. My mission at Arexo is to help our clients to accomplish their mission.

At Arexo I had the privilege to learn with many different people from different backgrounds: as a coach, as a trainer, as a project manager, as an event organizer,...

Here we create, we experience, we invent. I’m happy to be part of this team.

Stephane Rondal

After serving as a consultant for more than 12 years, both as employee and as freelance, Stephane founded Arexo Consulting in 2008, with the aim to offer a truly different experience, i.e. a rich human experience. Arexo is meant to offer what Stephane was looking for as an employee, and as such, Arexo continues to evolve daily, inspired and driven by its members.

What makes Arexo great is not the company itself, it's all the people at Arexo who are themselves great. And I'm proud to work with them on a daily basis.
